Apartment building in Krnov

This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Krnov city, located in the Moravian-Silesian region. The apartment building has three residental floors (and one basement floor) and has five residential units and common areas of the house. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic brick technology Porotherm and Heluz and lost formwork BEST. Horizontal structures are monolithic. The roof is made up of a flat roof with stabilizing layer from aggregate. The design emphasized increased comfort in use and the overall modern concept od an apartment building.
Masonry Family House in Suchdol nad Odrou

The Subject of this bachelor thesis is design documentation of masonry family house in Suchdol nad Odrou in slope. Double floor family house with flat roof and with isolation system ETICS. First floor is combinated from two kind of bricks, second floor is just from ceramic bricks. Ceilings will made from cast-in-place reinforced slabs. First floor will be used for recreation zone with integrated garage and finnish sauna. In second floor is placed dwelling unit and south-facing entrance. Living room, have access on covered balcony on the south side. The house is oriented so as to allow maximum insolation of living area.
Relax sports facility with accommodation

The Subject of this diploma thesis is design documentation of Relax sports facility with accommodation in Suchdol and Odrou. Mixed-use building is three-storeyed with partial basement. Roofing is flat single-skinned roof over the entire building. From the material point of view, the basement is made from lost formwork, all aboveground floors are bricked from ceramic blocks. The facade is designed as ventilated. Ceilings will be made from cast-in-place reinforced slabs and the sports ground will be covered with glued lamellar beams. The basement part of the building is relaxing - there are various types of saunas, cooler, whirlpool and massage room. On the first floor there is a restaurant with backgrounds and kitchen, a café, and sports activities in the form of badminton, squash and gym. Two more floors are used mainly to accommodate guests in the hotel. All operations are functionally connected by the reception hall.

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is the design documentation of a detached house with an establishment, Měrotín. The building has a floor plan consisting of two rectangles. Larger rectangle consists of a living area, smaller rectangle consists of a garage. Above the living area is a gabled roof. The space above the garage is designed as a terrace. The building is bricked up ceramic bricks, brand Porotherm. The building is situated on sloping terrain towards the north. Detached house with an establishment is designed for 4-5 member family of one floor, a garret and a basement, where the establishment is located. The building is based on the strip foundations. Part of this Bachelor thesis is also the essay on topic flat roofs.

It is a brick building with two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The roof is a shed. The vertical load-bearing structure, as well as the non-structural construction, is designed of Heluz ceramic bricks. The house is situated on the flat terrain. The total construction area is 210,62 m2.

This master thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an office building in Krnov city, located in the Moravian-Silesian region. The office building has four utility above-ground floors and one underground floors serving as underground garages. There is a cafe, stationery, showrooms and office space with sanitary facilities. The construction system is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton. Vertical infill constructions are made of brick technology from Porotherm ceramic blocks. The ceiling structures are made of filigree panels with hidden steel girders, which are embedded with concrete layer. The basement and the basic structure of the house is designed as a white tub. The building is covered with vegetation roof. The design emphasized increased comfort in use and the overall modern concept of an office building. Overall, the building is designed to the required values for a near zero energy building.

The target is to create operational dispositive solution which takes account of everyday operations. The new building is comprised of three sections for ninety children. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete, is built from the building system HELUZ and is covered with a flat roof. Built-up area is 927,5 m2.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of an apartment building in Uherský Brod. The building is designed as a fully basement detached building with three floors. There are two flats in each above-ground, so here are 6 flats in the whole building. In the basement there is a technical background of the building and storage space. The construction system above the terrain is made of HELUZ ceramic blocks with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system, walls in the basement are made of lost formwork. The ceiling structures are made of HELUZ ceramic-concrete ceiling panels. The house is roofed with a flat one coat roof.
